Collection and Delivery of your parcels in Mondial Relay Points

  • Points Relais will no longer accept parcels from 17/03
  • Last day of delivery on 17/03 in open relay points (40% of the network, i.e. about 4000 relay points)
From Wednesday 18/03, the Network of relay points will be completely closed.

*If packages are in transit (in Agency,) they will remain confined in the Mondial Relay Agencies until the opening of the chosen relay point.
*If packages are delivered in a closed relay point, they will remain pending until opening of it.

Information on the situation in the USA

Following the recent announcements of the US government towards Europe, we are currently evaluating the impact of these decisions on parcel shipments to US cities. In order to avoid any problem and to avoid that your parcels are blocked, we invite you to prioritize the Premium solution, for which we are able to assure the deliveries.

Happy-Post will not be able to commit itself on the delays to this destination and pay compensations until further notice.

Information about the situation in Italy

Due to the health situation in Italy (Coronavirus), the shipments of parcels to the following Italian cities are no longer accepted: Codogno, Castiglione D'Adda, Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo, San Fiorano, Vo'Euganeode.

For other destinations, shipments are allowed. The delivery times can be extended. Happy-Post will not be able to commit itself on the delivery time to this destination and pay compensations until further notice.

Information about the health situation in China

Due to the health situation in China (Coronavirus), all shipments to China may be delayed for an undetermined period of time. Indeed, the airlines having reduced the flights to China, we cannot ensure the departure of the parcels to this destination. Happy-Post will not be able to commit itself on the delays towards this destination and to pay compensations until further notice. We recommend you to choose the Premium solution for your shipments to China, these connections are always insured.

Hong Kong and other Asian destinations are not affected by this situation.
